JSC "RRI "Electronstandart" supported the International Industrial Forum "Radel-Expo: Electronics and Instrument-Making" 2016 held in Saint Petersburg on October 19-21, 2016.
Specialists of the production department, P.S. Kuvalkin and D.V. Krylov, visited the forum, got acquainted with new products of the companies participating in the exhibition and attended the seminar of JSC “ZPP” (”Semiconductor devices factory”) on the topic of "Development and production of metal-and-ceramic packages and ceramic products. New stage of development".
The following issues were reviewed:
- New developments in JSC “ZPP” products - (the width of metallization elements from 100 µm, minimum distance between the elements is 100 µm);
- Current serializability of the most in-demand products of the enterprise;
- Production of contacting devices;
- Enhancement of the client-oriented approach at JSC "ZPP";
- Challenges of organizing collaboration with the enterprise.
The industry specialists shared their opinions on further development of products and a possibility of introducing various design solutions”.
